Fr Peter Gee was born in London and brought up in Rainham , Kent. He is the eldest of five children. After secondary school he worked for a few years in London but in 1989 went to seminary in Bavaria,
Germany and was ordained priest in July 1995

Following five years of parish ministry abroad he returned to England and served in various parishes in South London. He then asked permission of the Archbishop to take part in the establishment of an Oratory in Cardiff. Due to family circumstances he returned to Southwark Archdiocese earlier this year. His interests include history, music and literature.

He looks forward to serving the people of St Peter’s and The Good Shepherd. We welcome Fr. Peter as our shepherd and wish him a fruitful ministry.
