Our enthusiastic choir at St Peter’s leads the hymn singing at most Sunday 10.30am Masses.

We lead the congregation in singing the psalm and Mass parts at major feasts and special Masses, and at periodic Sunday Masses when possible.

By arrangement, the choir can also provide music at weddings, baptisms and funerals.

We are always keen to receive suggestions for hymns and other music to be sung at Mass, whether in celebration of a special occasion, in memory of a loved one, or just to sing a favourite hymn.

Practices will be advertised in the newsletter.  We always welcome anyone who would like to join us. Contact Mary (07792 321215)

We have our Parish band who lead the music at some Sunday and other Masses. We are actively seeking new members to join us. Contact Bob (07584 752297).

At St Peter’s we use ‘Laudate’ hymn book which can be purchased through Decani Music (please be aware that the newer editions hymn numbers vary to the previous editions! )
