HO HO HO! It’s nearly time for Christmas! Oh, yes it is! The mince pies have been in Sainsbury’s for weeks, so it must be!

This year our Pre-Christmas Quiz is on Saturday 29th November in St Peter’s parish hall. There’ll be a fish or sausage and chips supper (oh and ice-cream, too, if you’ve got room!) and tickets are now on sale.

The cost is £12 for adults, £30.00 for a family (2+2) and £7 for additional children. In addition to the Quiz there will be Bob’s Christmas sing-a-along and a raffle with great prizes. All you have to do is bring your own drinks. Harry will be selling tickets after Sunday Masses or you can ring Jenny on 01622 734908
and she will reserve some for you.

We have to ask for payment for your tickets when you get them from Harry as we must order the food in advance. Harry will also ask you for your choice of fish or sausage. Numbers for this event are limited, so we recommend that you get your tickets early!

Proceeds from this event will go to The Princess Project which is a Christian charity which aims to
help young mums and their babies and toddlers when they are in need of support, are living in
poverty, are depressed or friendless. This is just the kind of charity we should be looking to help at
Christmas.
